Standard processing time is 3-5 business days, once approved.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping which typically takes 2-3 business days for domestic orders. Tracking and insurance is also included with all orders. USPS Mail Express shipping is available at checkout.
IMPORTANT
Please be sure your shipping address is correct while checking out. If you need to change your address, please let me know within 1 business day. Red Heart Paper is not responsible for non-deliverable packages with incorrect shipping information. If your order is returned to me, you will need to pay additional shipping costs to have the order reshipped. Custom made orders are non-refundable even if address is incorrect or not delivered on time.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Although it is very rare, in case of lost or damaged packages during shipment, please notify me immediately and I will send you the proof of insurance for the package along with the shipping receipt. It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim through the USPS. For more information about filing a claim, please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Custom products are non-refundable. Please check your printed stationery upon delivery. If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact me immediately and I will reprint the affected pieces free of charge. Shipping of the reprinted order will be the same as the original shipping method unless customer wants to upgrade shipping method. If rush shipping is needed the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
Please note that I cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While I do my best to call attention to any errors I may see during the proofing process, final proof approval is ultimately the responsibility of the client.
